To say “don’t drink the tap water”, but you should honestly believe anyone who says it. Ugh, I feel SICK!

Well not literally, but I was in a pool of sweat (yeah, that’s going to sound gross). But I’ve been battling a cold ever since I went down to LA to see the Phillies get rid of the Dodgers in the NLCS. I can handle so many things, being in pain, suffering through food poisoning, but I CANNOT handle having the flu or a severe cold. It just messes with my mind and I can’t focus on anything or anyone. I decided to stay home to avoid getting anyone sick and to try and get some rest (and work done). I was extremely productive but I didn’t really get much rest, which is my bad. I also pretty much ignored my roommate’s cat all day and he didn’t seem to happy with that. One of these days he’s going to piss on me, I just know it.

I hate being sick, and especially being sick at work. People look at you like you have some type of plague when in reality, you just have mucus. I’m cranky and sore and chilly and a whiny little bitch today. I’ll blog when I’m in a better mood or when I’m high on cough med.
