A weekend in pictures

It goes without saying that nothing could have topped this weekend because of the Wildcats win over Cleveland St, securing their first trip to the Sweet Sixteen since theĀ  “collapse” in Chicago. I think we can give Louisville a game…

Oh, we also had a party

This one is for you G!

with one comment

As adulthood takes away your teens, you tend to lose a lot of friends and only keep tabs on the ones that truly changed your life (or tortured it). One of those peeps in my life is my friend Gina.

Gina (or Negra, as I like to affectionately call her) and I met in the Summer of 1990 during Summer School. We’ve been friends ever since and the bitch still owes me a birthday present from like 1995. One of the things that Gina and I have in common is our undying love/passion for a few specific things:

Elsa’s famous Half-Caf Brew.

The University of Arizona Wildcats. GO CATS!

And PPP. So I felt so obligated to stop and “eat in her honor” when I arrived into Vegas this afternoon. G, these pictures are for you!

Love,

Roman

Because if you don’t, I will never hear the end of it from my Father and nephew, and I even dusted off the UofA sweatshirt that is going on 18 years just for luck! If they lose, it will pretty much ruin my night.
